Federal Caps
We are now proud to carry caps made by Mike Anderson of Anderson Dry Goods. Over several decades Mike has established a reputation of high quality and excellent customer service, and we have already received several caps from Mike and they are all outstanding. We are fortunate to offer a wide variety of US caps and will try and maintain a modest in stock supply of caps. We are also happy to take orders for our different models of caps in various sizes. All of the bills on the federal caps are hand painted using a period correct paint recipe.
NOTE: Other varieties of caps can be made available when the need arises. Living History groups who portray specific units that require a specific cap can make requests here. Also, if you are planning on attending an event, were a unit is being portrayed requiring special made head gear (ie. Ist Rhode Island wearing a State Issue Chasseur Style Cap, Etc.), this is a place for those requests.
