Mess Gear and Housewives

     Jack Knife...........................................................................$13.00

Beautifully crafted from American steel, our jack knife has a 3" blade, and a beautiful wooden handle.  Thin enough to fit comfortably in the soldier's pocket, yet sturdy enough to cut through salt beef with ease, this is one of the most essential item for any soldier to have.

"Early War" Puppy Paw US Belt Plate...................................................$13.00

A very small, yet very visible part of any federal infantryman's impression, a correct belt plate is very hard to come by.  Most belt plates on the market today have the "late war" face which, while correct for scenarios from 1864 on, are not appropriate for mid to late war scenarios.  With a correct face, and also with the correct "puppy paw" backing, our lead-filled plates are essential for the Federal living historian wishing to complete his impression.  Don't sell yourself or your impression short with something as simply (and affordable) as this!  We also carry lead-filled cartridge box plates with the same correct face.

Canteen Half.................................................... .......................$10.00
The quickest, cheapest, and best option for mess gear any soldier could get.  The humble canteen half is both a frypan and a plate, as well as a handy entrenching tool in a pinch.  Our canteen halves come from the Tinsmith and are among the best available to the market today.

Christian Commission Houswives............................................$22.00
